1970's

Getting Started

Howard M. Barriger started building professionally
Builds first home in 1975
Howard establishes a business philosophy: Work hard. Give an honest effort at a competitive price. Develop a superior product.

2000's

Company Evolution

Greater emphasis placed in commercial and multi-family construction projects
Developed an expertise in building Adult Foster Care (AFC) and Home for the Aged (HFA) large group homes.

Today

Still Building Relationships 40 Years Later

In 2019, second-generation owners Rod and Todd Barriger bought the company’s assets from their Father, expanded the business across state lines and added a wider range of commercial and public schools projects to the portfolio.
